Fisher and Paykel Dishwasher A10 Error – Water Inlet Error
Description:
Fisher and Paykel dishwasher A10 error indicates a problem with water supply to the dishwasher, meaning the dishwasher is not receiving or not detecting any water entering the dishwasher.
Start by checking that the tap is turned on and the hose is not kinked. Next, inspect the mesh at the start of the hose and in the back of the water valve for sand that could be blocking the water from entering the dishwasher.
If no water is still filling, in most cases this would be caused by a faulty inlet valve and replacing the water valve should solve the Fisher and Paykel dishwasher A10 error. But if water is filling and Fisher and Paykel dishwasher A10 error is still present, this could be caused by a blockage in the pressure tube or chamber that prevents the pressure sensor from reading the water level in the sump of the dishwasher.
Action To Take:
- Make sure tap is on, hose not kinked and mesh strainers in hose and water valve not blocked with sand.
- Inspect pressure tube and chamber for blockages.
- Check wiring harness for broken wires/loose plugs.
- Replace water valve.
- Replace main PCB.

Description:
Fisher and Paykel dishwasher A20 error indicates that the dishwasher was not able to drain the water.

Fisher and Paykel Dishwasher F30 Error – Flood Error
Description:
Fisher and paykel dishwasher F30 error is set off by a flood switch located in the base of the dishwasher where all the components are located. Sometimes if a wrong detergent is used the water in the dishwasher can foam up and leak under the dishwasher causing an error F30.
Disconnect the dishwasher from the power, tip it on it’s back, take off the bottom cover of the dishwasher and look for cracked hoses, loose clamps or faulty and leaking components.
Action To Take:
- Unplug the dishwasher.
- Remove bottom pan and inspect for leaks.
